Adi Hădean is a well-known Romanian Chef, food blogger,

writer and owner of the MEATic Restaurant at

which he tells a story about his family’s heritage and respect for food.

The ingredients are approached in a primitive manner,

by using fire and smoke,

to obtain simple yet powerful flavours.
