In 2010, during her studies in a prestigious cooking school The Culinary Institute of America, Tea Mamut did internships in a 3* Michelin restaurants Jean-Georges and Daniel under the watchful eye of pastry chefs Johnny Iuzzini and Dominique Ansel.
She was in a restaurant Daniel in New York for over a year, two months in restaurant in an old townhouse in the centre of Osnabrück - La Vie (3* Michelin) after which she came back to Croatia and worked as a pastry chef in restaurant Gil's in Dubrovnik. She was an F&B manager for the 2012 Olympics managing 4 restaurants such as China Tang, The Grill, Alain Ducasse and Cut by Wolfgang Puck.
In 2012, as a Good Food pastry consultant, she created and developed a line of desserts in a jar for Konzum, one of the biggest supermarket chains in Croatia. She was executive pastry chef for over a year in restaurant DiVino in Hvar and restaurant Perivoj in Split, until 2016 when her dreams came true and she opened her own pastry shop O'š kolač. She also gained her popularity being one of three judges on „3,2,1-peci!“ pastry cooking show and filming her own pastry-themed TV show on HRT.
