Chef Rick is the owner of restaurant Fris, which has been around for eleven years now and Rick has been in charge of the kitchen since 2014. Since September 2016 he is not only the head chef but also the owner of this gem in Haarlem.
Relaxing atmosphere and authentic cuisine, using only fresh produce from the best suppliers is the culinary approach of chef May. Whenever possible he chooses organic and local products and by regularly changing the menu he makes sure he doesn't run out of fresh ingredients.
His cuisine is inspired by the French-Mediterranean style with a culinary interpretations of Dutch cuisine. Restaurant Fris is a proud member of JRE Netherlands.
