Petra Jelenić is currently working as a corporate Pastry Chef at the “Bluesun hotels and resorts” and as a consultant to others. Petra had her own TV show series called “Slatka kuharica” and she regularly writes for gourmet magazine StoryGourmet.
After working in two smaller pastry shops, she got a job as a part of pre-opening team in 1995 at the Sheraton Hotel Zagreb, taking a Pastry Commis 2 position. In 1999 she started working as a pastry chef at the Sheraton Deira Hotel in Dubai. After two years in Dubai, Petra came back and in 2003 became a part of the pre-opening team of Regent Esplanade Hotel.
10 months later, she started to work at the Dubrovnik Palace Hotel as a pastry chef where she stayed until 2009 and went to Kempinski Hotel Adriatic until the 2012, when she opened a very popular pastry shop in Zagreb “Mak na konac” which was open until 2017.
