MLJEKARA LATUS A small family firm located at the heart of Istria, only a kilometre from the main Pula – Pazin road surrounded by pastures, at the hill above the village of Orbanići has been producing high quality dairy products based on its own cows’ milk since the end of the last century and other farmers’ milk from all over Istria for the last ten years. Following the trends in the dairy production the dairy has been investing a great deal in its development and growth, although the base remains constantly the same, that is, tradition, nature and family.

They take great pride in their wide selection of products ranging from fresh milk, yogurt, and sour cream to many types of hard and semi-hard cheese. All types of cheese are produced of full fat, pasteurised, non-homogenised milk from the Istrian pasture lands.
