Lucija Tomašić is a young and talented pastry chef who recently opened her own pastry shop "Mala truba" in her hometown Dubrovnik.
Lucija Tomašić discovered a magical world of pastry after finishing her non-cooking related studies. Logical sequence of events was to enrol the Le Cordon Bleu in London, where she was fortunate enough to work with top professionals. During her studies, she worked at famed Alyn Williams Restaurant.
After returning back home, Lucija worked with pastry Chef Petra Jelenić at her pastry shop "Mak na konac", as well as restaurants 360, Stara loza and Sesame in Dubrovnik. Precision, responsibility and creativity are the 3 words that describe best this young pastry chef. Last year her dream came true as she opened her own pastry shop "Mala truba" in Dubrovnik with a focus on local heritage and authentic recipes..
