Jurica Jantolek is the chef at a Zagreb's popular bistro Pod zidom and this February did a stage in Ammas.
Jurica did his first culinary steps as a ten-year-old boy while preparing family lunches.
During his studies he had the opportunity to learn from chef Tomislav Kožić, worked at the Berulia Bluesun Hotel and in Pelegrini with chef Rudolf Štefan, where he stayed for four years. In all his interviews, he points out that Rudi and Pelegrini team in Šibenik shaped him as a person and a chef that he is today. Today Jurica is the chef of a popular bistro Pod zidom in Zagreb. Jurica gets his inspiration from seasons and daily visits to farmers' market. He likes to prepare modern interpretation of dishes he used to eat at his mother and grandmother´s kitchen.
