Winner of Barilla Pasta Word Championship, participant at the World Expo in Milan 2015 and the owner and chef of Ošterija Debeluh is also a member of the prestigious JRE Association.
Jure Tomič is well-known chef and sommelier from Slovenia. After studying Nutritional Science and working in a number of small restaurants, he opened Ošterija Debeluh in Brežice, which is a part of the Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe network.
At Ošterija Debeluh quality comes first. Jure works with local ingredients, but as also has a passion for excellent French produce. When it comes to meat - it is almost 95% of local production. Some of his signature dishes are pate with carpaccio, Debeluh tart and blackberry strudel.
