Hrvoje Kroflin finished his studies of Catering and tourism in the University of Zagreb in 2004. In the same year he started working in restaurant Gallo as commis chef, but really quickly gained a new title of chef cuisinier.
After his first job, his long career in Mano restaurant began in 2005 and he has been a part of its team for over 12 years, working his way from sous chef to executive chef and also became a restaurants manager in Mano 2. In 2015 he finished an internship in a famous 2* Michelin restaurant in London, The Ledbury and also finish an internship in a restaurant Kallmünz in Merano.
He has an experience of working larger catering events such as VIP Snow Queen Trophy for 1250 people which he organized from 2013 until today. He cooked gala dinner for the President of Croatia and also hosted a gala dinner for Cooking institute Cordon Bleu Ottawa & Croatian Embassy. Hrvoje is a judge member of the evaluation committee on regional culinary contests in Croatia.
