Growing up in a family with a long history of restaurant professionals, Antonio began working with his dad at the age of 15. Over the course of the last 30 years Antonio has developed into a leader in the hospitality community, with great successes in operations ranging from Forbes and Michelin rated restaurants to Luxury Hotels.
In 2016, Antonio completed his 11-year relationship with the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group where he accomplished various roles culminating in 2011, when Antonio assumed the position of General Manager of Per Se Restaurant. During this time, he contributed to the many success of the acclaimed restaurant and mentored and developed a strong team to continue to advance the restaurant.
Prior to his roles with TKRG, Antonio worked in leading positions in famous New York restaurants as well as The Leading Hotels of the World Organization. He has been a member of the North American delegation to Relais & Châteaux and a delegate to Les Grandes Tables du Monde.Antonio, along with his wife Lucy, serves as Vice President of The Philip Begonja Memorial Foundation, a foundation dedicated to assisting disadvantaged students.
