After finishing a Tourism and Hotel Industry college in Zagreb, Chef Ante Udovičić started his seventeen years long career in catering and tourism sector.
His career began in popular restaurants in Zagreb, Okrugljak and Dubravkin put, after which he worked his way to become an executive chef for „ Les Ponts“ in Zagreb, „ Bugenvila“ in Cavtat, „ Paradigma“ in Split and in a 5* Hotel “Lemongarden” in Sutivan where he works as a head chef today. He educated himself in France at the Jean Marc Tachet laboratory where he received a diplôme for french cuisine.
In 2017 he had an internship in a 3* Michelin restaurant Azurmendi in Spain with chef Eneko Axta, in 2018 he went to Austria’s exclusive 5* hotel Trofana Royal under the chef Martin Sieberer, and this year he went to Viennese Steirereck (No.10 by The World´s 50 Best Restaurants). His culinary style can be described as high class Mediterranean modernist cuisine.
