Andrea Coppetta Calzavara, maître of Le Calandre restaurant since 2006, was named Maître of the Year 2016 by guide "Ristoranti d’Italia dell’Espresso"
In Italy he started working at a very young age at the Hotel Le Padovanelle 4 * and then moved to Germany to Munich at the Intercity Hotel. Then he travels to Switzerland for a short period at the Grand Hotel Les Trois Rois, 2 Michelin stars in Basel and then returns to Germany at the Hotel Am Schlossgarten in Zirlbestube gourmet restaurant, 2 Michelin stars.
In England, it grows professionally and accepts work at Hotel Halkin 5 * Stefano Cavallini Restaurant, 1 Michelin star and at the Waterside Inn in Bray, three stars Michelin (Relais Chateaux). As maître of Le Calandre restaurant since 2006, was named Maître of the Year 2016 by renowned guide "Ristoranti d’Italia dell’Espresso". They crowned him "Best Maitre 2016" for being able to stand out for "competence, professionalism and style". In 2017 the FIMAR (Italian Federation of Catering Manager) gives him the title of the honorary member for having distinguished himself in the use and application of effective strategies and methods of Restaurant Management.
