Adi Hădean is well-known Romanian Chef, famous for his top traffic culinary blog, as well as for his involvement in educational projects, aimed at growing the gastronomical field in Romania
His cooking style is deeply rooted in the Romanian and Balkan tradition, mixed with international cuisine influences. He grew up in Baia Mare, a city in northern Romania, where he also made his debut as a professional cook.
Today, he is a well-renowned Romanian Chef, food blogger, writer, restaurant owner (MEATic) and public personality. He is particularly famous for his culinary blog (www.adihadean.ro), one of the most visited in Romania, as well as for his participation as a member of the jury in the cooking show MasterChef, which debuted in 2014 on one of the Romanian TV stations. Starting with 2017, MEATic tells to whoever steps its doorway a story about meat and culinary heritage of Adi´s family, a story about quietness and relaxation, a story about the life lived in respect and love for our tidily food. The ingredients are approached in a primitive manner, by using fire and smoke, to obtain simple yet powerful flavours, which make the most of the meat and vegetables cooked many, many hours before each service. The playground of culinary experiences, AtticLab, is the place where you and your guests, by invitation only, can enjoy live cooking shows, food tasting, food & wine pairing and a lot of food talks.
Founded in 2015, Adi Hădean Foundation has the main purpose to promote projects that bring to the fore the Romanian cuisine, as well as various culinary and social actions. One of the major objectives of the Foundation represents gastronomic education. For far, the main project of the Foundation is Adi Hădean Cooking School. In the near future, Adi Hădean Cooking School, due to its success, will be expanded and replicated in other main cities across Romania.
