Italian chef Angelo Sabatelli began his cooking career at the age of 13.

Thanks to his abilities and at one point

he was in charge of eight different restaurants.

Angelo has a particular passion for Puglian kitchen,

and while his techniques are international and his presentation modern,

the flavours and ingredients are quintessentially Puglian.

In 2011, Angelo opened Ristorante Angelo Sabatelli

with his wife Laura, and in 2013,

the pair gained their first Michelin star!
