Our next Chefs’ Stage talent is French chef

with Colombian origins, Santiago Torrijos.

Santiago makes it a point of honor to include the flavors of his country in his cuisine,

while revisiting French gastronomy and working on the naturalness of the products.

Santiago started his career at Robuchon, Westminster,

Bristol, Plaza Athénée and then Guy Martin which he left to open his own restaurant,

Atelier Rodier, which is also a member of JRE association,

in the heart of the 9th arrondissement in Paris.
