At this year’s Chefs’ Stage we will again see Mojmir Šiftar,

head chef of restaurant Evergreen and tea lover

which he used as an inspiration for his book ”44 shades of tea”,

where he combines this calming ingredient with

the concept of fine dining.

Mojmir won second place in the semi-finals

at the San Pellegrino Young Chef 2018 competition

with his dish The Tradition of Koline.

Last year Mojmir was one of the chefs on

Daily catch masterclass as well as one of the gala dinners in st. Krševan gallery.
