 Slovenian chef Tomaž Kavčić, pioneer of slow-food cuisine in Slovenia

and fourth generation of the restaurant-owning family which runs a restaurant Pri Lojzetu situated in castle Zemono.

With his work, Tomaž won the Gault&Millau award for Best Restaurant of 2019 and 2020 in Slovenia.

In his kitchen, Tomaž uses traditional, seasonal and fresh ingredients

prepared with innovative cooking techniques.
