David Skoko bases his cuisine on the preparation of fresh fish and other sea food in his Batelina Tavern.

Since he was little, he has a special relationship with the sea

and its richness. His chef career began by preparing fresh fish exclusively

from hisown family’s catch. Last year, we enjoyed in

his masterclass mussels.
