3 young talents won international scholarships for leading academies in gastronomy and hospitality
Chef Rudolf Štefan, owner of restaurant Pelegrini and Chefs' Stage host, started Budi Foodie foundation in 2018 with the goal to provide education to young talents in gastronomy and hospitality. The foundation aims to ensure financial aid to young persons between the age of 16 and 26 years old, in order for them to enrol in leading international academies for gastronomy and hospitality. Coca Cola HBC Croatia is a strategic partner of Budi Foodie foundation.
Marina Levak, Nikolina Putica and Tibor Valinčić are the first 3 scholars of Budi Foodie foundation. Their wish is to enroll at Le Cordon Bleu Paris and Basque Culinary Center.
